I am a Certified Integral Executive Coach with a track record of success in the technology industry. During my career, I have enjoyed strong and varied roles in sales, marketing, strategy, product management and leadership development. I have worked extensively in the technology channel, both in North America and globally.
My career in technology has included many challenging and exciting roles including; co-founder of a successful startup, general manager in a Fortune 100 company with responsibility for a multi-billion dollar P&L, and working globally to increase revenue and strengthen partnerships. In every role, my greatest enjoyment and personal reward has come from coaching and developing people and seeing many of them go on to achieve executive positions. This experience, and my love of working with others to resolve issues and achieve their goals and dreams, led me to become certified as an Integral Coach in 2013. Throughout my career, I have been an enthusiastic mentor and am currently active in a women's leadership program.

I have 25+ years of experience driving high technology sales strategies at Fortune100 companies. I have worked extensively with small and large companies helping them establish and maximize inside and outside sales, optimize call center performance, and drive integrated marketing campaigns. I have a particular interest in growing new revenue streams, and developing strong teams.
Using assessment tools and data, as well as group sessions, I work with teams to address organizational challenges, build and strengthen relationships and enable greater trust and accountability toward a shared vision .
